Theme - our club members this year organize our puja with the theme of “Thakur Dalaane Maaer Aagmonn, Aaloe Aaloe Bhore Praan Monnâ€. The goddess Ma Durga brings luminary happiness and joy together with her for us and removes the darkness for our life. The craft medium like Hogla paata, Bamboo Mat, Bamboo Chataai, Colorful Dori, Artificial flowers and also different types of lights will be used for inside and outside pandal design which are totally eco-friendly. One of the most talented sculptors of Kumartuli, Kolkata’s Mr. Dhananjay Rudro Paul will be sculpturing Durga Idol, Artist Mr. Mihir Paul is decorating the pandal and for lighting Mr. Munna Shaw.

Activty - Our Organization “HARIJAN KALYAN SANGH†was established in 1946 under West Bengal society Registration Act. Our Club has been running philanthropic organization and serving the poor and needy people by its social welfare like as Education, Computer, Gym, Games, Sports, Social and cultural activities. Every year it also organizes health camps, blood donation camps and free medical clinic. In spite of all the multi-cultural activities we celebrate Sarbojanin Durgotsab and Laxmi puja with pomp and traditional way from last 70 years constantly and also undertake some social and cultural responsibility to ensure all our future generation inherits the rich cultural heritage and enhance their cultural, artistic and social experience.
